Sunday Dinner

Yesterday I made Sunday Dinner. And here it is.....

Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Peas & Carrots, Brussel Sprouts

Roast Potatoes, Roast Beef, Brocolli & Cauliflower

Gravy

and of course la piece de la resistance ... Yorkshire Puddings

It was scrumptiddlyumptious!

Wouldn't it be heaven if you could open a recipe book and know you have all the ingredients in the cupboard ready to create a deliciously quick meal.

Unfortunately common recipe books don't take into account the days when you haven't had time to do the weekly shop, you have hungry mouths to feed in twenty minutes or WW3 will be declared, or when you simply can't be bothered but neither your budget nor your figure will allow for yet another Chinese takeaway!
