Stranded!

Unfortunately not on a desert island but on my bed! I've just mopped my floors and realised I'm now stuck on my bed for a good half an hour, the time they dry! So I'll use this time to type up a few recipes I have saved in my memory.

Wouldn't it be heaven if you could open a recipe book and know you have all the ingredients in the cupboard ready to create a deliciously quick meal.

Unfortunately common recipe books don't take into account the days when you haven't had time to do the weekly shop, you have hungry mouths to feed in twenty minutes or WW3 will be declared, or when you simply can't be bothered but neither your budget nor your figure will allow for yet another Chinese takeaway!

I'm here to help you answer the timeless question "What's for tea tonight?" every night with quick and tasty ideas, all with what's left in the cupboard.
