Can you keep a secret?

Something I haven’t yet told you all is that I work in a buffet restaurant in Disneyland Paris. I am therefore surrounded daily by mouth watering dishes and also I am privileged to witness their creation.

A cowboy themed restaurant, throughout the rest of the year the food is typically Tex-Mex, but as I translated the Christmas menu into English a couple of days ago, I found myself drooling over the paper.

Langoustines, foie gras, leg of ham, faux filet, roasted potatoes, smoked salmon, marinated vegetables, crème caramel, gateaux opéra……….and of course, the perks of the job, we get to taste every single dish!

French attention to culinary detail meets American style portions promises to be a feast to remember.

How fortune you are to have this experience at the restaurant! You will learn SO MUCH about the ways things must all come together for a function at a restaurant!!

Bonjour Charlotte,

What a fun combination, Disneyland AND Paris...not to mention all those wonderful dishes. Will you be going home to England for Christmas or is that the time you must work your hardest? Either way, I wish you magical holidays. I will be back to visit often, my culinary skills could always use a few new great recipes. :)

What a magical edible art world you are living in!! And in Paris no less - throw Disneyland in there, and make it bliss!!

I think I am going to be addicted to your blog.

I love to cook, I find so much peace and passion in it.

I had not even thought about food yet today, but I am now interested in something beautiful and delicious to start my day;)

Those tomatoes below are divine!!

I think I should give them a go ;)

And roasted veggies - my favorite - they fulfill all my food desires ;)

I am adding you to my blogroll, right after I hit publish!

I am delighted you joined the blogosophere!!
