This is for those days when even the simplest pasta dish seems too much like hard work. Have a look in the fridge, see what's left and put it all on a plate!
Here's an example
tomato
bell pepper
cheese
pickled onions
pickled gerhkins
slice of toast, (spread on some soft cheese or savoury pastes)
slice of ham
Chop everything up into bite sized pieces (or if you're really tired, cut as you eat!) add a dollop of salad cream or mayonnaise and voila a healthy, tasty mucky mixture! Create you're own and if you have a little bit of energy boil some small potatoes (if they're small they'll only take about 10 minutes to cook).
