Did you know?

Yoghurt can still be eaten up to a month after it's passed its sell by date.

This is because yoghurt contains live "good" bacteria. This bacteria is very territorial and therefore won't let any other bacteria into its home.

Some fruit yoghurts won't necessarily have the same full flavour a month after the sell by date, but you can add a teaspoon of sugar or mix some crushed biscuits in with the yoghurt to revive the sweetness.
