Mint Yoghurt

Ingredients

4 small pots of lemon yoghurt OR natural yoghurt and 4 tblsp lemon juice
10 fresh mint leaves
2 tblsp white vinegar

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a mixer
2. Whizz together
3. Serve
