Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup/57g of butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 tin corned beef, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
Method
1.In a large saucepan cook the potatoes in boiling water until slightly soft but still firm
2.Drain and set aside
3.In a large frying pan melt the butter
4.Add the onion and sauté for 1-2 mins
5.Add the corned beef and potatoes, season with the black pepper
6.Cook until the bottom begins to brown, turn occasionally so not to burn
Serves : 6
Preparation time : 5 mins
Cooking time : 5 - 10 mins
