Cajun Beef Kebab Sticks
Ingredients
1kg/2 lbs tender beef
1 pack of cherry tomatoes
2 heaped tsps Cajun spices
cold water
kebab sticks, soaked in cold water
Method
1. In a large mixing bowl add the beef, cajun spices and 6 tblsps cold water
2. Mix together thoroughly and leave to marinate for about an hour (or overnight in the fridge)
3. Once nicely marinated, add one chunk of beef followed by a cherry tomato onto a kebab stick (about 4 chunks of beef and 3 tomatoes to a stick)
4. Place in the oven at 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6 for 30-40 mins
Makes : 10 kebab sticks
Preparation time : 1 1/4 hours
Cooking time : 40 mins
