Fish & Chips

The Pauper's Kitchen market adventure is expanding to serve real Fish & Chips. So to get some practice in I got the oil heating and made the British favourite. Was utterly delicious.

Wouldn't it be heaven if you could open a recipe book and know you have all the ingredients in the cupboard ready to create a deliciously quick meal.

Unfortunately common recipe books don't take into account the days when you haven't had time to do the weekly shop, you have hungry mouths to feed in twenty minutes or WW3 will be declared, or when you simply can't be bothered but neither your budget nor your figure will allow for yet another Chinese takeaway!
