Tonight I am head chef for a mid-holiday Christmas feast for friends. On the menu tonight is
Roasted Duck with Sage & Onion Stuffing
Gravy (of course!)
Tomates fromagées (see recipe below)
Onions agro dolce (see recipe below)
Smoked Salmon with taramasalata and caviar (supermarket’s cheaper equivalent!!)
Cauliflower, Carrots and Turnip
Home baked bread
Chocolate coated clementines (prepared by hand)
Wine and Champagne
So I have my work cut out for me tonight. Wish me luck!

Visiting via Di's blog. How lucky to have a french daughter who cooks. I was born French but was only able to produce American boys who eat peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and corn dogs. I won't be eating at their house for x-mass anytime soon.
